Specificity

Cortisone. Crossreactivities were tested using an ELISA with cortisone-3-cmo-x-biotin: cortisol (3.4%); 11-Deoxycortisol (0.6%); 11-Dehydrocorticosterone (0.6%); Tetrahydrocortisone (0.2%); Cortisoterone, Deoxycortiscosterone, Pregesterone, Aldosterone (﹤0.1%); Allotetrahydrocortisol, Tetrahydrocortisol, Cortol, Cortolone, 11-Hydroxyetiochoranolone (﹤0.01%).

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
